The Nautical Institute celebrates its Golden Anniversary and announces its new president
The Nautical Institute is delighted to announce that Captain Andre LeGoubin MNM MA FNI has been elected as the Institute’s new president. He takes over the presidency from Jillian Carson-Jackson who has been at the helm for the past two years.
