Dear Vladimir!

Many thanks for sending me copies of the latest edition of Sea Review as well as the press cuttings. It all brought back many very happy memories of my visit to Odessa, the Odessa National Maritime Academy and the many friends I made during that visit. I hope very much that I will have an opportunity to visit again in the not too distant future.
