Dear V. Torskiy, FNI
Given the COVID-19 pandemic the Conference TransNav 2021 will be held in Virtual format, since safety and well-being of all conference participants is our top priority. We sincerely believe that in two years’ time, during the next, fifteen edition of the conference, we will be able to meet in Gdynia, Poland.
Despite everything, I am very glad that you submitted your paper entitled A. Sagaydak, V. Torskiy: Ship-Cargo Interface: Concept of Optimization, Using Risk Assessment Methods and Network Data Exchanging Technologies to the TransNav Conference.
Best Regards,
